We value our relationship with our customers and are committed to providing the best services possible. All of our products are packaged and handled with care prior to deliver to ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.
Our commitment to you is that we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product/s if the following conditions are met:

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we receive the returned item/s and confirm that the above three conditions have been met. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES – LIVE PLANTS
We take pride in providing the best quality products for our customers. Our plants are freshly watered and fertilised before delivery to ensure healthy plants upon arrival. Due to the perishable nature of live plants there will be no refunds and exchanges offered. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for extreme weather conditions nor for the health of a plant once it is out of our care. We handle and pack them to the best of our ability; however, Bonsai Environment will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damages relating to live plants deliveries, due to their perishable nature.
